Indications:

• For paroxysmal or constant irritating cough.

Actions Of Ingredients:

Belladonna :

Tickling, short, dry cough; worse at night. Larynx very painful; feels as if a foreign body were in it, with cough.

Bryonia Alba :

Cough : with stitches in side of chest; with headache as if head would fly to pieces; Cough, dry, at night; must sit up; worse after eating or drinking, with vomiting, , and expectoration of rustcolored sputa.

Rumex Crispus :

Extremely sensitive to open air; hoarseness; worse evenings; after exposure to cold. Dry, incessant, fatiguing cough; worse from changing air or room; from slightest inhalation of cold air; covers head with bedclothes to make air warmer; little or no expectoration.

Cuprum aceticum:

Hay-fever, with burning excoriation, paroxysmal cough; tough, tenacious mucus, and fear of suffocation. Violent spasmodic cough.

Drosera Rotundifoli : 

Cough, in violent paroxysms, from tickling/crawling in larynx with vomiting of food. Cough, paroxysms so rapid that the child loses breath. Cough as soon as head touches the pillow at night, esp. after midnight.

Ipecacuanha :

Whooping-cough: child loses breath, turns pale, stiff and blue; strangling, with gagging and vomiting of mucus. Cough incessant and violent, with every breath.

Spongia Tosta :

Cough : dry, barking, croupy; everything is perfectly dry, no mucous rale. dry, sibilant, like a saw driven through a pine board . Expectoration : scanty, of saltish mucus

Squilla:

Cough in the morning, with copious expectoration of thin, frequently reddish-coloured mucus. Cough caused by tickling, creeping sensation in chest

Thymus serpyllum:

Respiratory infections of children; dry nervous asthma, whooping-cough, severe spasms but little sputum.
