Giloy is a very important herb in Ayurveda. it is called as Tinospora cordifolia / Indian Tinospora / Guduchi in Ayurveda. Another famous synonym for Giloy is Amruta – meaning nector. It is used along with different substances for different diseases.

1. Take ½ tbsp of powder twice a day with water after a meal.

How Giloy is taken in Raw Form:

1. Blend these chopped branches of giloy with water.
2. Make a fine liquid paste.
3. You can use this paste to make juice.
4. Take 2-3 tbsp of paste and mix it in a glass of water.
5. Consume it before a meal once or twice a day
