Attar Ayurveda’s Ratanjot

First, take Ratanjot and crush it into small pieces using your hands.
Now Pour some coconut oil on top of crushed ratanjot.
Keep it in the hot sun until its color changes to dark red.One day sunlight should be enough.
Now strain the oil.
Use above prepared oil every day for best results.
