Dysmenorrhoea (painful periods)

Secondary Amenorrhoea (Cessation of periods for more than three cycles)

Dosage of Nashtpushpantak Ras

1 – 2 tablets once or twice a day before or after food or as directed by Ayurvedic doctor.
