This is a herbal drug formulation and Pallrywyn Forte Tablet is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Charak Pharma. It is mainly used to treat impotency, premature and erectile dysfunction.

Indications:

Impotency, premature , seminal debility, frigidity.

Ingredients:

• Suvarna patri – Indian senna – Cassia angustifolia – 0.03 mg
• Karpura – Cinnamomum camphor – 0.19 mg
• Haratal – Arsenic Tri Oxide – 0.19 mg
• Javitri – Myristica fragrans – 0.76 mg –  It is aphrodisiac, digestive tonic, very useful even with external application in case of headache, useful in cough, cold, asthma etc
• Lavanga – Syzygium aromaticum – 0.76 mg
• Makaradhwaja – 0.76 mg – It is used in Ayurvedic anti aging and aphrodisiac treatment.
• Shunthi – Zingiber officinale – 0.76 mg
• Pippalimoola- 0.76 mg
• Abhraka Bhasma – 3.04 mg – Abhrak Bhasma  is an Ayurvedic medicine, prepared from Mica.
• Vanga bhasma – Tin – 1.52 mg –  It is Ayurvedic medicine prepared from tin. Used in obesity, premature ejaculation, anemia, asthma etc
• Suvarnamakshika – 1.52 mg – is an Ayurvedic medicine, prepared from an ore of Copper and Iron Pyrite. It has aphrodisiac and anti aging properties.
• Lauha Bhasma – 1.52 mg –  Acts as natural aphrodisiac, improves immunity and strength.
• Sithophaladi – 3.80 mg
• Gangeruki – Grewia populifolia Vahl – 3.80 mg
• Ashwagandha – Withania somnifera – 3.80 mg – Improves strength and immunity, sexual performance, useful in premature ejaculation and in some cases of erectile dysfunction, acts as aphrodisiac.
• Kapikacchu – Mucuna pruriens – 3.80 mg – It is aphrodisiac, nutritive and nourishing in nature.
• Tamal patta  – 10.64 mg
• Nagakesara – Mesua ferrea – 10.64 mg
• Ela – Eletteria cardamomum.- 10.64 mg
• Jayapala – Croton tiglium – 10.64 mg

Dosage:

To be given 1 to 2 tablets twice in a day with 250 ml milk or as directed by the Ayurvedic physician.

Precautions of  Charak Pallrywyn Forte Tablet

• Keep away from children’s reach.
• Do not over dose the medicine.
• Self medication is not recommended.
• Store in dry and cool place.
• Close medicine cap tightly after every use.
• Keep medicine in original package and container.
