Cognium Tablet contains Abhrak Bhasm, Acorus Calamus, Bacopa Monnieri, Celastrus Paniculatus, Centella Asiatica, Glycine Soja, Mukta Pishti, Myristica Fragrans, Tagar, Terminalia Arjuna, and Withania Somnifera as active ingredients.
