Action of ingredients in German’s Cough Care & Cure Syrup

Justicia Adhatoda: Highly efficacious medicine for acute catarrhal conditions of the respiratory tract, suffocative  attacks with obstruction

of respiration.

Azadirachta Indica: Sputa white, in small lumps, expelled with difficulty. Breathing deep and at long intervals

Ocimum Sanctum: It helps in relieving cough, sore throat complaints.

Antimonium tartaricum : Cough followed, by vomiting or sleep. Coughing and gasping consecutively. Cough excited by eating, with pain in chest and larynx. Coarse, rattling with wet sounding cough, but scanty, difficult expectoration, unable to get it out.

Ferrum Phos:  First stage of colds in the head. Predisposition to colds. Congestions of lungs. Hemoptysis. Short, painful tickling cough. Croup. Hard, dry cough, with sore chest.

Natrum sulph: Dyspnea, during damp weather. Must hold chest when coughing.

Ipecacuanha: Constant constriction in chest. Asthma. Yearly attacks of difficult shortness of breathing. Continued sneezing; coryza; wheezing cough. Cough incessant and violent, with every breath.

Drosera rot:  Cough very deep and hoarse; worse, after midnight; yellow expectoration, with bleeding from nose and mouth; retching. Deep, hoarse voice; hoarseness; laryngitis. Rough, scraping sensation deep in the fauces and soft palate.

Kalium Muriaticum: Cough affecting the eyes, sensation of eyes protruding out while coughing.

Kalium Sulphuricum: Kali Sulph is indicated for whooping-cough with yellow slimy skin, or watery, mattery and profuse expectoration.

Magnesium Phosphoricum: Cough is dry, spasmodic, violent, constant, can’t speak for cough.

Dosage of German’s Cough Care & Cure Syrup

Children: 1 Teaspoonful 3-4 times daily after meal.

Adult: 1 tablespoonful 3-4 times daily after meal, or, as prescribed by the physician.
