German’s Dysmenorrhoea and Amenorrhoea Drops

Dysmenorrhea refers to menstrual pain severe enough to limit normal activities. The incidence of menstrual pain is greatest in women in their late teens and 20s, then declines with age. Some women experience increased menstrual pain in their late 30s and 40s as their endocrine systems prepare for menopause by decreasing hormone levels and thus fertility.

• Conditions of exhaustion due to loss of blood
• Flushes of heat followed by perspiration
• Dull low back pain.
• Painful menses
• Headache and dizziness along with the pain.

Action of Ingredients in German’s Dysmenorrhoea and Amenorrhoea Drops

Aesculus Hippocastanum: Painful menses with lameness of back across the sacro-iliac articulation or aching in knees.

Ferrum Phosphoricum: Pains appears and disappears suddenly, wandering. Painful menses especially in anaemic women.

Secale Cornutum: Menstrual colic with exhaustion, coldness and intolerance of heat.

Acidum Sulphuricum: Pains increasing gradually, but disappearing suddenly when at peak.

Crocus Sativus: Menses – dark, viscid, too frequent and copious, foul, black, slimy. Uterine haemorrhage, clots with long strings, spasmodic contractions.

Hamamelis: Intense soreness and tenderness felt in the Ovarian region and all over the abdomen felt more during the menses.

Dosage of German’s Dysmenorrhoea and Amenorrhoea Drops

10-15 drops in some water before meals 4-6 times a day.

After improvement reduce dose to 10 drops 3-4 times a day.

It is advisable to take 5-10 drops twice daily before the next menstrual cycle, or, as directed by the physician.
