Action of Ingredients used in German’s Insomnia Drops

Ammonium brom 3x: Cerebral congestion. Feeling of a band above ears.

Avena sat: Nervous exhaustion, sexual debility, Sleeplessness, especially of alcoholics.

Chamomilla 4x: Drowsiness with moaning, weeping and wailing during sleep; anxious, frightened dreams, with half-open eyes.

Eschscholtzia Californica:   used to relieve pain, specially toothache and acts as tranquilizer ,  It is mildly antispasmodic, sedative and analgesic. In children it has been used for bedwetting, sleep disorders, nervous tension and anxiety.

Humulus lup 2x: Nervous tremors; wakefulness, Drowsy during day. Dizziness with headache.

Ignatia amara 6x: Very light. Jerking of limbs on going to sleep. Insomnia from grief, cares, with itching of arms and violent yawning.

Passiflora in 2x: Restless and wakeful, resulting from exhaustion. Especially in the feeble, infants and the aged. Insomnia of infants and the aged, and the mentally worried, and overworked

Valeriana off:  Sleepless with itching  at night and muscular spasm. Over-sensitiveness, nervous affections.

Zincum Valerianicum: headache with sleeplessness.

Dosage of German’s Insomnia Drops

15-20 drops should be diluted with water and taken 3 times a day or as directed by the physician.
