It should be taken twice daily after a meal or as directed by the physician. While it is safe for 2-3 months, you must consult an Ayurveda practitioner for long-term use.
  • The color and consistency of the asava may vary with the season; however, that does not affect its efficacy.
  • Who should use it: Recommended for all age groups.
  • People prone to acidity should take asava with 1/2 tsp ghee and avoid it at night. Asava is not recommended during the pregnancy and lactating phase
